Abstract

Religious freedom has a set of organized elements that give shape to its ordination. The first basis of its nature is in the meaning of the principles, fruit of the Philosophy of Law, and in Natural Law, concomitantly. The principles point to the essence of being, which confers the existence of fundamental freedoms, and points out the centrality of the dignity of the human person. Religion represents an essential as-sumption for human life and gives the individual the notion that he has fundamental rights and guarantees.
